As some may already have noticed, the upgrade still didn''t happen 
Unfortunately I had some problems during the new forum creation which is making it take much longer than I expected to get finished. However, what I said is still valid. Accounts that haven''t logged in since March 26th 2017 will be removed when the new forum becomes active to avoid spam-created users; the only exception are accounts that have already made posts in the forum, which makes clear that they are not spam-created users.
