black screen under and can't play

Hi, I recently installed the port for AOE 2 DE and it loads steam just fine, but when I am in steam and click "Library" it just shows a black screen under. No option to actually select and play the game
Butttttt i can worked before about one week ago. 
 
i know someone said '' Use the following launch option for Steam ''
but i can't get it.

Yes i am seeing the same issue.  Was working great for me up until the other day.  Now I launch Steam and everything is blank.  Can’t get the game to launch at all.
