Audio output not respecting mac os output?

Hello, i have a soundcard with many outputs.

I have setup my default output to be 9 and 10 on my AUDIO MIDI SETTINGS on my mac.

Still when i play a game on steam ( i'm playing age of empires 2 ) the sound is coming out via output 1 and 2.

I would expect porting kit to respect my regular settings on the mac.

but apparently it doesn't, it still sending audio output to 1-2 even after i restarted my computer.

is there a way to change those settings?

Hi!

Yeah, normally it does take over the settings. But as I have also with other games and apps that sometimes the sound settings needs first to be changed, before starting the game. Like, set audio settings correctly first before you start the port. What you also can try is to go to the port in Portingkit and then click "more" -> advanced --> open wineskin --> advanced --> winecfg ---> audio? and check the options there. Let me know the results.
