PC: Add Frame to Icon improved!

If you''re a Porting Kit user you probably have noticed that the game icons have a pattern, which is being used by PaulTheTall website for a long time. Well, now that pattern is available in Porting Center, and it''s very customizable. Just drop an icon on Porting Center icon field, right-click it and press ''Add Frame''. A new window will be opened and let you customize the icon.
