C&C RA3 Error

When i open C&C RA3 on origin i get this error

I saw a post about this exact issue and how it is related to origin in game being turned off. mine was turned off during installation.

Your C&C RA3 port was created using the latest Porting Kit version (2.4.126)?

In any case, remove the port, update PK, and install it again.

And reinstalling the port worked?

i didnt have to reinstall the porting kit i was already using the updated version when i downloaded C&C RA3

That''s because the port creation may fail sometimes (the causes are still unknown, but that fact is well known for us). Considering that, reinstalling the port (not PK) may solve a problem with a port sometimes. In fact, that solves the problem most of the time.

I have unistalled the port and tried to reinstall it about 6 times now and still have had no luck. :''(

Looks like a cached engine what wrong somehow. I had another guy with the issue. You can try to delete the engine WS9Wine1.9.9Origin (or something like that) in your engines folder on your Mac:
~libraries/wineskin/Engines (around there somehwere ) then try again, Portingkit will download the engine again.
